OSTEND

Walking on the beach in Ostend during an official visit, the mayor of Bellegem is approached by a member of his staff. He reacts in disbelief while he is being told that an aircraft of the Soviet Air Force has crashed onto a house in his town. 

Cancelling all his appointments, he rushes back to his town to acces the situation, the damages and what he can do to help the victims during the ordeal.
